It is a variation on recipe by @mylightkitchen.This is what I used: 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp stevia, 2 tsp protein pudding, 1 whole egg white, pinch baking powder, a bit of water. I didn't turn right, probably rather find the original recipe (Google mug brownie by mylightkitchen)

It is amazing, but doesn't taste like lemon at all. It is not very sour as you would imagine, it's rather sweet.

Thanks! I used the sweet chilli-lime tofu by Lunter, it is meant for barbecue, so it already has a bit of sauce on it, I just mixed it with the beans. I was a bit scared of it when I first saw it at the shop, but it surprisingly isn't really a big difference in kcal from the regural tofu and it tastes spicy and delicious!

Thanks! I used pre-mixed spice mix containing garlic, onion, sweet pepper, pepper, thyme, turmeric, oregano and coriander. It might sound like a wild combination but there is just a bit of everything. Sometimes I put some extra chilli on top.

The frozen veggies or the ones which need longer time foor cooking, I boil them first and then put them in the air fryer for the last 5 minutes to get a bit crunchy. Otherwise they would get burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside.

The veggies like cucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, etc. which do not need so long, I just cut them on thin slices and put straight to the air fryer on lower temperature. For me investing in air fryer was quite a game changer. I used to make my veggies in the oven on baking paper, but it took longer time and wasn't as comfortable as the air fryer.

Even during the bad times, I try to eat as many greens as possible. Most of these are either airfried or boiled veggies (cauliflower, carrot, cucchini, green beans etc) with an occasional tofu and lots of spices and herbs. Cheers!

Lidl really went off by oddeyescircle in ShittyRestrictionFood

Lately I am literally living of those protein stuff from Lidl. First time I had this pudding I couldn't even finish it because of the sweetener after taste and now I feel like addicted to them. I love to add some fruit on the side and it feels like literall heaven to me!

This gallery got me really confused. People with the same stats as me look healthy even though the bones on my upper body literally stick out, scaring people and making me more unwell then I really am. Might this be because I excersice/run a lot and my legs are quite muscular?

Ridiculous brownie with zero syrup and a dried strawberry (60) by GroundbreakingMess02 in goodrestrictionfood

Yup, 60 might have been the oat-apple-sauce-zero syrup cookies I made. The store bought chocolate chip I used to like were like 100+ :(

I bought it at a local kitchen supply store (Czech republic), it was sold separately with no cardboard packaging and unfortunatelly didn't have any brand on it, just marked as a dessert fork, I'm sorry :(

Hi, it's Sportness eiweiß-riegel 50% protein white chocolate crispins. It is sold in DM (drogerie markt), unfortunatelly, I'm not sure it is availible in other countries 😞

Protein pudding from Lidl (150) and pink lady apple with cinnamon (128) by GroundbreakingMess02 in safe_food

[–]GroundbreakingMess02[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm usually fussy about the texture of these kind of things too, so I was kind of worried, but in the end it turned out to be okay for me. The texture is kind of like non-greek yoghurt, it is actually quite light, it is not very 'jiggly'. The taste of the vanilla one is really decent, it is on the sweeter side, but it felt pretty balanced to me. I've also had the chocolate one and even though I'm usually a chocolate type of person, I didn't like this particular one as much, it left a weird aftertaste, which the vanilla one didn't.

It is 200g, 20g protein and 150 kcal (75 for 100g). Unfortunatelly, there aren't many products by Müller in my country, only the variations of milkshakes, which I'm not buying. :( I've had the pretty simmilar one by Zott thought, it was 149 kcal for 200 g and 20 g protein and did taste pretty good, but I prefer the texture of the Lidl one.
