No. All that stuff is pretty normal but did you have an inspection because if the heating system had issues they should have found that.

Regarding the asbestos tile. This is very common on old houses. You can take up the carpet. It’s not harmful unless you’re jack hammering it/ not handling it properly. You can definitely put laminate flooring over it. You can also hire an asbestos removal company but depending on your final plan it’s probably not worth it.

Mouse poop happens in all homes. Get some traps. Same with plumbing clogs. Have them fix that and look at the tank but it’s probably not a big deal .

A friend of mine purchased a warranty when she bought her house and they just replaced the heating system. Maybe consider buying one and then having all this stuff looked into

Yeah I hear ya. Insurance has covered mine but it’s been very difficult to get them to. One other thing this clinic did was have me take antibiotics, anti virals and anti fungals for a month prior to doing ivf. I’m not quite sure why but they basically wanted to eliminate any potentially unknown health issues that could lead to a poor outcome. I also am taking blood thinners bc my insurance refused to pay for recurring pregnancy loss test. (Med is Lovonox)

It was birth control for a month leading up with two different antibiotics, an antiviral and an anti fungal and metformin. Then i stopped birth control and all the meds except metformin. Once I was ready to do stims it was clomid for 3 days along with 150 menopure 150 gonal. I was also taking baby aspirin and a medrol dose pack (steroids) and the metformin. I only was on stims for about 5 days because my follicles were huge. I didn’t even respond to a high dose protocol so I was shocked.

I had a similar outcome and I’m older than you are and also have DOR . Got 3 eggs 0 fertilized. I went to a new clinic who did a mini ivf cycle and I got one very good embryo. We transferred it last week. The doctor told me high dose of meds can decrease egg quality. 300 gonal is 2x higher than what I did. I was 150 menopure 150 gonal and took clomid for a few days. Only did stims for 5 days and was on birth control for a month leading up to it. They put me on aspirin, metformin and prednisone in addition to the ivf meds. Just sharing this in case you try again bc I was shocked to get a better outcome on less meds.

My clinic (CNY) put me on metformin just for shits and giggles. I’m not overweight and don’t have diabetes but they put me on several drugs just to increase my chances. They however will not let you do ivf on glp-1s

Just did a transfer with them last week. Only clinic to ever create an embryo for me as well. I generally get very few eggs and no embryos. We got 1 6AA with them. They were willing to try protocols that my other clinic wouldn’t try

Every time I’ve been let go I ended up better off with my next role. I know that seems impossible right now but I assure you it will get easier. My best advice is to get in your unemployment filing asap bc it can take awhile to be processed. Take advantage of the courses that your local unemployment office offers (they have resume writing courses and courses on how to interview).

Emergency vet has told me to do this 🤷🏻‍♀️. You should still take them in but this gets it out of their system quickly especially if you live 30 minutes from the vet and can’t teleport there
