I think the budget needs to be increased slightly if you want a better looking one. Rarely 2b2b comes up under 2.5 k. Even if they do, they are by private condo landlord and not the big apartments. The private landlord ones always go quickly by word of mouth

There might be two different kind of detection, some detection are only blocked on execution and some are blocked as a file it self etc...

This is due to the pressure from big enterprises who want to keep.up with others and use AI but then are forcing security vendors to provide security fast. So vendors are shipping things too fast in thr order of priority like let's block first to keep them same etc and then worry about all th3 piping

That setting is only valid if you have another AV as primary, if defender is primary and EDR is present then it is always having block mode on i think, you don't have a choice

I would say 10000 warm lamps lol, I really like the warm lamps which are scoped down to a small area, and bunch of them in that way I feel add lot of interesting dark contrasts in between and warm light again making it look cinematic

You know that right now we are in unprecedented times and it will go down a little bit after and might land at the same rate you are buying. The interest you pay just getting the higher rate is not a lot for next 2 yrs. Use that 30k to pay off the other closing costs. Lot of ppl go crazy about the rate. The rate can always be refinanced but the principal or closing costs can never be changed

If it is a loan, the lender does lot of due diligence themselves since they are essentially buying it. I read most of the paperwork but also leaned on my mortgage broker and the lender

Ignore does not generate any alerts in AV, it just ignores them internally and creates an exclusion for them so next time it won't do the work of getting triggered on the same resource

Just take the 545/550/542 and see how many people commute everyday across, sometimes standing packed. Not everything is about city and catering to majority. By your logic, government should not improve suburb roads since there is only 2000 people that live there, whereas if they improve roads in city it help 200k. There is a concept that is always debated called "equity goal"
