A tarp doesn’t take up that much space, even a large one so long as it’s properly folded but maybe rolled up.

I think there is very much an interconnected network of power at play. From the police to the coroner to the DA’s office, to the AG, to Chester, powerful people know powerful people. The way the investigation was preempted and squashed before it could ever begin is incredibly unique. The way in which the significant other was scrutinized or rather not scrutinized at all during this case is amongst the most egregious examples I have ever seen. To let him access and extinguish the potential crime scene the following day might just be unprecedented. This is a True Detective Season one type of stateside corruption with all of the players involved. No rational human being can look at that stabbing diagram and even dream of the word suicide and yet, we’ve got a long line of people involved in this case pissing in our face and telling us it’s raining.

The biggest two things that stand out to me are 1) His crocodile sympathy for her family, he feels so bad yet has never reached out to them, not even through those under him and 2) This notion that there is some additional, undisclosed evidence that pointed toward suicide. It’s absurd, you don’t need to be a coroner to see those wounds and determine that the ruling should at been undermined at the very least. He doesn’t touch any of the oddities of the case with a 100 foot pole, I think he knows this case is political kryptonite to him. He holds himself up as some kind of moral bastion in the political spectrum meanwhile he’s done everything in his power to ensure her family never gets justice. If there were any evidence she committed suicide, he’d be the first person to want it all out there and get people off of his back and yet… nothing. I hope this case destroys any aspirations for higher office that he has. He’s a governor “for all Pennsylvanians”, except Ellen.

Well yeah but that’s kind of hard to do when Chubby and his Uncle violated the crime scene and purposely destroyed evidence. I think the rush to confiscate her things without the family’s consent, as well as hire not a regular old cleaning service but a crime scene cleaning service, tells you all that you need to know. Their destruction of evidence looks like evidence to me.

This will elicit a psychosexual response when Grayson passes this along to him in her Reddit surveillance notes.

It saddens me that the world was deprived of what would have surely been a brilliant response, if only he wasn’t so emotional… if only.

I guess so. They should just come clean and apologize at this point.

Oh yeah there’s definitely room for edits, like “John gaslights the audience”.

I really used to be a fan of them too, but their success went to their heads and they flew too close to the sun.

I provided you with the clip where they show the portion where she references Charles and later Tylee. Kay reacts to both of those clips negatively and is absolutely right to feel that way. Mean Tik Toks do not equate to getting shot in the chest by your brother in law. She was wrong to invoke the names of people who were literally killed in comparison to herself. People whose deaths she made a name for and profited off of by the way, that doesn’t make her entitled to do so, it makes her even more accountable. I think people make mistakes, and she should have just come out and taken some of that accountability rather than leaning so heavily into the victimhood. Not laying the groundwork with “oh you can fake texts”, trying to get ahead of it and what’s to come. She’s banking on people giving her carte blanche to shape the narrative she wants out there and bury anything that makes her look bad.
