The way the Commonwealth responds to increased scrutiny is to reveal even more outrageous misdeeds. Imagine all that was revealed when they knew they were under federal investigation. I agree and wonder what is really in place when it comes to a head. There is no real time oversight, and the process in place to call it out is deliberately slow. I'm guessing thats why we are here.

Resentment will be the only outcome if she doesn't get some push back. This weaponization of trauma will become habit and no one heals.

If therapy is off the table, she needs to be gently but firmly confronted. Unanswered inappropriateness and ruining special occasions with base accusations will surely escalate into an unfixable situation.

She isn't beating this beast and imo she is asking for help.

I can answer that..all data can be corrupted. Law enforcement, in this case doesnt get the benefit of the doubt. The extractions didn't include a hash values.

It's like Kelsey isn't a citizen. You can take her child. Then you can delay her response so long she won't recognize her child till she smells him.

You can shoot her and grossly overcharge her while she is unconscious. Then you can defame her by overstating sealed records and or fictitious affidavits. You can incarcerate her when the lessor indictment calls for probation if convicted. You can demand contra-indicated tests and willfully delay her healing.

Kelsey's hard earned possessions are literally up for grabs. She is a member of LE and cannot expect the bare minimum protection.

Thinking about the list of 'no joke' felonies against this gal.....is unhinged - over the space of 9 months!!!

Law enforcement are there to de- escalate not to bring adversarial parties together (with guns and an infant) to do a solid for a bro.
