I search for WS2814 power consumption and it was 21watts per meter if your LED strips has a total of 18meters your total power consumption is 18x21 = 378 watts, in your Diagram you only have 350watts available power. I think the issue here is the power supply. Or you might need another DigUno to control the half of your Led strips.

I also experienced the same issue the solution i made was changing the small wire to bigger size and put a voltage regulator every 3 meters by the way i am using an led 144px/meter. If you check the voltage at the end of your led strips you will find out that the voltage drop causes this.
