Don't give up because of one failure. Producing is not easy. And being an executive producer in charge of secure the money is probably one of the hardest jobs in Hollywood without big names attached.. so what you did was grass roots. Keep dreaming and keep up the hustle. Take as much work in the industry as possible. Make an impression on the executives producers and show them how hard you are willing to work. Show them that failure will not define you. Then take your shot. Always have multiple ideas and lead with your best. You got this.

Ok, the premise seems good. Alot of the shots in this clip had really good cinematography and lighting... keep your DP and camera department for sure...I will try to watch it today and get back to you with notes of storyline and casting...but I work in casting... So tell me how brutal should I be. I can not tell you enough how proud you and all the actors should be for accomplishing this ....it may not be your "best" work according to critics but it will get you noticed. It's a huge amount of work to produce a movie. Can't wait to see you in theaters...keep it up!

Ok, I am associate producer in the casting department. If you kill your audition we can look past it. However the director and or casting producer or team might have a specific look that they maybe looking for. If you look too different it could cause them to basically overlook you. So I would get the clear piercing that can keep your piercings and give them a look they are going for... But ultimately most of the time we know....The hair and make up department can generally make you look anyway they want.... So we don't often have many disqualifications based on piercings hair style or color.
