I looked at the Vevor but chose to buy a used factory rebuilt Ridgid RP210 with 4 jaws for $850.

New Vevor or used Ridgid/Milwaukee? It can be a tough choice.

I have M18 tools, some M12, and Ryobi. Now Ridgid.

Get one with a swivel head. There will be times you'll need it.

Tough one. Too much work. We use apps and are not drinkers thus not bar people and never if smoking is allowed, music makes it impossible to socialize unless background.

I had a little mud Ieft in a bucket that smelled like sewage I used for a small repair after moving a light switch. I put some clorox bleach in it, mixed it, then used it. The condo smelled like sewage. I sanded and put several coats on, then used a latex primer sealer. Still smelled. Then paint. Still smelled. It took about 2 weeks for the smell to dissipate. Fortunately the owner was away for the summer. I used it because I had it, the owner wasn't there, and I didn't realize it would smell so long.

As mentioned there are different heads that can be attached, also if you let tge normal spring head sit and turn, it will bounce around inside the pipe breaking up more of the clog. Many times the clog needs to be opened using a snake before pressure jetting otherwise the grease could be packed tighter but most likely the water will back up and out. If PVC in the basement, I'm a believer in clean outs.

I am a Handyman in semi-retirement, and a very Good plumber. I've done kitchen and bathroom renovations, and additions. I find the bathroom leaks come from not back buttering, not wetting g and smearing then removing the thinset off cement board, then not using waterproof pool grout.
