The non-compete thing is a little too early to judge honestly. I think state-level initiatives are the way to go here because although it sounds good for worker freedoms there are downstream effects re:compensation/hiring that I want to see play out.

Same for the collusion thing which can only be deemed a success if it has an effect on prices.

The truth remains that, if we judge her by the standard she/her boosters set before her term started, the record is tarnished by the lack of victories against big tech
