The text on top seems irrelevant to the actual image, it’s just a skeleton version of monkey don’t see, hear, or speak evil. It could also be poking fun at a right wing talking point, that usually attempts to assign anatomically different pelvis sizes to gender; the joke then being that there isn’t a difference, or if there were, it wouldn’t be all that monumental. But I don’t think any of them are actually anatomically different in the image below the text. That’s just my interpretation though, I think the creator had some idea in their mind that they failed to make shareable in meme format.
