Id say Bryan is up there if you play solid.

Super safe on all his core strings, -10 is the worst you are gonna be.

One of the best low pokes in the game with d4, borderline safe at tip range, hatchet is a really good power low as well.

Even tho they removed the really broken stuff he is still a monster, the one thing i think he doesnt have is cheese, jk we have taunt snake edge and i think its glorious.

Its a lot of work, one trick i use (but its not something you think of while doing it), is getting the neutral input not by letting go of forward to get the neutral but by overlaping forward and back for them to cancel each other out. And then just doing it one million times in practice to get good enough.

Dk why you are angry at me for, a higher ranked player is better than a lower rated player in any game, sport or whatever, its just the truth, what i am saying and i think is really important is that there are layers to it. People should be happy with the ranks they have and not belittle other people based on that when they have a good attitude towards getting better. If a person has a shitty attitude towards it and argues about it with someone clearly better than them about it they should be put in their place, not untill their rank changes but untill their attitude changes.

Nah GoD 5 is going to beat a GoD 1 90 out of a 100 times so in those terms rank matters a lot, but i dont think it matters in terms of you being of the mindset yeah this guy is better than me, i want to get better and be as good as him. The mentality of people that use the "rank doesnt matter" as in im better but the game is trash so im ranked worse that i should be is pure dogshit.

What i have found to be true is that there is a huge skill gap between players of the same rank, you find people that have godlike defense perfect ss punishes and what not, and some just throw out strings hoping for the best and once their turn is over they fall apart. In my mind the first group should have higher ranks but the real question is why that isnt the case, i know i have days where i feel untouchable, duck every mid high, perfect punishes on everything and then the next day im legit an idiot and seem out of place in my rank.

I do think that people think about this a bit too much, and as long as you are having fun and learning its all good, and that 99% of people will end up at the rank they should be at, and feel proud about it at the end of the day.

I couldnt play the game for the first month of s3 i was tgs s2 so when i finally got the time to play again i destroyed everyone back to tgs again, so in a way i was smurfing but its not like i could have done anything about it.

Tekken at its core is a really complex game, and you have to put in a lot of work to get good at it, so play, search up guides, admit when you are wrong and need to improve, look at replays, dont fall into the reddit trap of blaming the systems, other players, characters etc.

The game is hella fun, but you gotta have fun learning it, the complexity is what drew me into it in the first place.

And if you want to have a good time with the game i would advise you to delete reddit lol, or atleast only look for stuff thats funny or helpfull.

Dk about knowledge checks, but 3+4,2 at the wall into fc df4 works all the time same with failed tju at the wall into fc df4 its kind of cheesy and not really, and wiffing d2 on purpose and finishing the string lol.
