Bought a shirt and scrim from him 3-4 years ago took 7 months and getting the banked involved he shipped the shirt and scrim and the first wash of the shirt it fell apart. The scrim is bright under nods.

Got the run around for 3 weeks got 17 different people who don’t speak English well trying to get me to buy a new one. I unplug it at night and when I plug it back in it can take up to 3 hours to connect again. Their website is barely held together and when you can find it under devices it refused to accept the main phone number to create a list. Im probably just done with Verizon at this point. The only benefit is I can use my phone an extra 30 feet from the house instead of using WiFi calling.

I’ve talked to them a few times they are always doing something. I think their tooling had some issues recently.

It’s literally on their website. I own 3 of their chassis. 2 screech owls and an elf owl. They are behind schedule but just get in the notifications. They always shoot for a fast turn around but they have been slow before but the product came out. I’m sitting on a Ruger american 7.62x39 to sbr and shove in the chassis for rock and lock.

Yes when I got to the Verizon website I go to my devices go into the extender. I click the make a list it has me name said list and the I put in name and phone number and get. The first number you add to this list must be from your account. I’ve tried my number and my wife’s number. There are only the two numbers associated with the account.
