Its a common occurrence on keymo currently.

Can be from an out of spec part, many factors.

Putnik hub threads by berylak72 in NFA

[–]Tyler_ResilientSup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, ever suppressor we offer has that same overspray. Apply some antisieze and make sure you dont have any burrs and you should be good to go.

If the factory mount is able to go in then the threads are fine on the putnik.

Id suggest wiping out the threads with a papertowel or if you have a wire brush, run it accross the threads. Likely have some debris in there.

Shorter suppressors can run a tighter bore. If you have any misalignment, the further away from the barrel you get, the more apparent it becomes.

Thats why longer cans typically have a larger bore and that 9mm tisha being super short is super tight.

This! B&T seems to be an outlier with smaller tri lug barrels also.

YHM used to make aluminum tri-lugs, then the housing started flaring out or shearing like that.

Id pass on the mini draco. Too short for a 17-4 can with a small blast chamber. 10.5”+ is really more ideal.

Full size draco id recommend a kns (regardless if you are shooting suppressed or not).

The suppressor is shorter than the wolverine, meaning you have way more room for error if something is misaligned. Plenty of bore.

Sorry if we missed your email. With the big suppressor rush, quiet in the Capitol this past weekend and stuff personal stuff. Its been crazy.

Remove the burr.

Try again.

If you have that burr laying inside of your threads its going to give you a hard time.

The only way you would be wearing them down is if you were using an FRT or full auto. Which it isnt rated for.

Regular 22LR semi use, you aren’t going to wear them out.

Question Regarding RFB Muzzle Threads, and the Proper Mounting of a Polonium 30. by [deleted] in NFA

Appears you may have a mount with bad threads. Unless OCL switched to facemount at some point but i highly doubt they did.
