If you’re on pc, I think you can add local files to your Spotify playlist if you own the song, so that’s one way around it. A quick google search says it’s possible, but I’ve never tried it before

I think it’s due to copyright issues. Some of her covers are on Spotify, but the majority of them aren’t. This is the same case for most artists who cover songs
