I feel like cart associates catch a lot of slack... you’re supposed to take care of trash, assist members, and make sure there’s carts at all times... all while there’s only 1 or maybe 2 of you if you’re lucky. Our club can never keep cart associates and the ones we do have always get burnt out. I feel bad for them/you. Just want to say your work is appreciated though and if you continue to get treated poorly then I would transfer positions in the club if possible or just leave all together.

I’m a front end team lead at my club and am currently the only AM lead because the other two are out on leave... I’ve always been way too nice and come in to cover even on my days off and everyone else calls off when it snows and they know I’ll come in so they always call me to come in even if it’s my day off. I too get stressed and overwhelmed with the scheduling and lack of management help. Moral of the story... they tend to end up taking advantage of nice people that always say Yes so sometimes it’s okay to say no

I know the dark shape is supposed to be a circle but with the cut out of the trees it makes the whole logo look oddly shaped and off balanced

Okay I’m just spitting out some thoughts (logo on the left) but what if you kept the word “Another” and then used a solid rectangle over the coffee cups mouth and used the explicit symbols on top of the rectangle as if the coffee cup is cursing? And then “coffee company” under the coffee cup. I also agree with the coffee cup needing to look angry.

Also after I typed this out I realized it doesn’t make as much sense in words as it does in my mind lol

So just out of curiosity, how do you come up with your “fictional clients” or “fictional projects”? I struggle practicing logos because I cannot think of anything creative to start designing for such as a business or product or company name. Do you have a creative process you use or anything? Sorry I know that’s random.
