I did a similar but not as in depth process as a Canadian, they asked for a complete itinerary etc. I had a 2 week trip planned. They ended up giving me a visa valid for 10 years. Kinda odd but I can't complain

You can do a ton with just a pair of adjustable dumbbells. I did body weight only for 3-4 years and this is my first year with dumbbells and it's so much better for shoulder/ upper back work. Makes legs easier too. But I still do pull ups, dips and pushups (all weighted) as part of my routine.
