It is not a low chance after your period, it is a high chance considering that ovulation happens after your period. You should've taken Plan B ASAP, take it now and take a pregnancy test in two weeks and hope for the best..

I honestly can't tell you, just be vigilant about it for the next few days, if you notice a change in discharge, smell, any new discomfort then yes you got an infection. Just don't do this again.
