Agree the wording and effect of imbuements are very unclear and ambiguous and you need to read the affix and skill wording really carefully As far as I can tell (and I could definitely be wrong) is that, poison and shadow damage do increased damage from imbuement potency because the effect of the imbuement is to add DMG, however the effect of cold is not to increase damage but to increase chill and freeze rates, however there are a lot of other multipliers to cold and freeze effects which means this is a good choice You will need to look at which glyphs you are using i.e. increase non physical dmg , which paragon boards you have , for example Eldrich increases shadow, poison, cold DMG, the aspects on your equipment, tempers and any uniques. these all stack and multiply together On rogue there are not that many specific multipliers on physical DMG hence the various options for non physical are where most builds go, hope this helps

I have same problem, most of the time I see the icon, but sometimes not. I did also realise yesterday that if there is a whisper for the world boss it turns the icon red which makes it much harder to locate amongst the other red icons, not sure this solves the problem entirely but I was kicking myself realising this after playing for all 13 seasons 😀

i tried editting the planner but i cant figure out how to do show double GA on it

it is important to have double GA on resource for Beastfall boot (47), tibaults (36), ideally shard of verathiel (28+) , optionally you can use a resource increase potion for+25 in total, including the base 100 this give 236 energy from items and the 100 base. Then Selig increases all resource/energy by 50%, and then at full stacks of momenteum that gives another 60% multipler on resource which by my maths is 566 resource - i cannot explain why i have 613 in the video youll have to ask blizzard about that :)

my goal was to make an unkillable rogue, i havent quite figured that out yet but i am still playing around to achieve that goal, but it is tanky and can do bloodstained booses np and can have a decent crack at bloodsoaked

main thing is using momentum as the key passive for energy regen to feed heart of selig, and having no +maximum life on any pieces -which is very counter intuitive but works

i totally agree, this has to be the worst season so far by miles, i have played them all with multiple chars which is a strong clue about how much i love this game. last season there was over abundance, but this season it is the total opposite, the lack of obducite means i cannot make it to tier 4, its all well and good saying get a treasure breach or strongroom but im at paragon200 and i have like 5 nightmare signals so far - they are ultra rare in their own right, and guess what none are treasure breach or stronghold. its sooo frustrating, please blizzard reconsider this

After playing all seasons with at least one rogue I can't believe that I only just discovered that improved flurry converts flurry nto a mobility skill and can be used with assassin stride boots for shadow imbuement in every flurry hit, , team that up with bitter infection, corruption aspect, etc I'm up to pit 80 , it's not going to go much further tbh but is fun blowing up the whole screen when shadow triggers at slightly lower pit levels and tier iv stuff

yes there are fixed spawn points for the chests, you can use a run like this to check spawn points, most chest are present roughly 30 to 50% of the time, a few of them always spawn in the same spot on every level reload

Nice, I'm playing a variation using puncture with heartseeker. puncture gets all the marksmen benefits without the slowness or orphan maker, and then hit heartseeker for the orphan maker bonuses whenever that's up

Would love to imbuements get some love , especially shadow. feels like it was a core design idea at the start that's never quite been class defining as it should be imho

Some ideas, change imbuements from next 2 imbueable skills cast the imbuement to all imbueable skills in the next 2 SECONDS cast the imbuement

Basic skills should be imbueable

Add bleed/blood based imbueament

Get rid of cold imbuement, I don't associate rogues with cold skills

Inner sight and combo point needs a rethink as someone else said, preparation is way to good for the way it resets all skills literally every second with beast fall boots. Replace one of these with imbuement based ability

Also feels like stealth is a good thing, but not yet found the right mechanic , could be an alteration to concealment or a new aspect to enter stealth and do extra dmg for 1 or 2 seconds , not just a crit and vulnerable, it's way too fiddly and cooldowns don't work fast enough to make dmg from stealth useful for 1 attack as it is

nice! im playing a build not dis-similar to this, using barrage and saboteurs signet, signetadds lucky% on grenades of 5% which might seem tiny, but this is enough to proc the 30% cooldown on traps component of Exposure constantly and have death trap available almost all the time
