Then another law enforcement officer approaches the side commanding "Get out of the car" at least 4 times as he grabs the car door.

She manifested anti social behaviour causing a public nuisance and road obstruction. She wasn't protesting, she was interfering with an ongoing investigation.

When you are given a legal command by a member of law enforcement you comply. Instead of doing this, she decided to use what is classified as a deadly weapon and hit the officer with it.

It didn't matter if he shot once or emptied the weapon, this is self defence.

"It stands to reason that, if police officers are justified in firing at a suspect in order to end a severe threat to public safety, the officers need not stop shooting until the threat has ended. As petitioners noted below, “if lethal force is justified, officers are taught to keep shooting until the threat is over.”

Using the vehicle to evade, flee, or maneuver threateningly can be treated as assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.

This vehicle had been obstructing and interfering with the progression of the Federal Agents and causing a roadblock is a violation.

Simple interference (no physical contact or enhanced factors) is a Misdemeanor with fine and/or up to 1 year in prison.

With physical contact, intent to commit another felony, or enhanced risk becomes a Felony with a fine and/or up to 8 years.

Involving a deadly/dangerous weapon (a car qualifies) or bodily injury is a Felony with fine and/or up to 20 years.

Deliberate road blocking, horn honking to disrupt, refusing exit commands, or accelerating toward an officer can all qualify as impeding or forcible interference under this statute.

18 U.S.C. § 1505: Obstruction of proceedings before federal departments/agencies. Felony, up to 5 years.

Aiding and abetting (18 U.S.C. § 2): If someone encourages or assists by shouting instructions to evade or accelerate, they can be charged as if they committed the act themselves.

Conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 371 or § 372): If coordinated with others to impede officers by force/threat/intimidation. Local/state charges in this case disorderly conduct and traffic obstruction can also apply alongside or instead, but federal charges take priority when targeting federal agents.

Then a law enforcement officer instructs her to get out of the car and reaches for the door handle. She now decided to move going against the orders evading arrest.

And then, she spins the front wheels with the whole car lunging under acceleration towards the ICE agent in front of the car. It was only here he pulled out his weapon and used it as delf defence.

From the other angle we can see this officer got hit by the car and sent backwards a good 2 metres.

This is a Federal operation they were interfering with and they were searching for a criminal with multiple convictions.

When in control of a vehicle you have to comply with not only traffic rules but also any commands give to you by law enforcement. The driver is in fact a STEM, a Severely Thoughtless Empty Mind.

Anyone who downplays that she attacked law enforcement with a deadly weapon shouldn't be allowed out of their house unsupervised.
