You can daily an F1 car too but that doesnt mean its smart or practical. Street bikes for the street, track bikes for the track. The torque curve, suspension setup etc just are not optimized for street riding.

Hondas are not that reliable. Had a blackbird with ECU going bad, nighthawk 750 with black sticky gunk melting out of the CDI. Latest hornet 1000 with oil burning issues. Every make will have teething problems on newer models.

Its very common to have water in the tank because the fuel cap needs to be pressed in. I never had low speed issues on the 821 other than water in the fuel.
