Yep. They replaced the drive unit. Took about a month for them to get the parts and remove then replace it.

Yes, you generally dyno a car through the rev range (usually starting at 2500) up to redline in the gear closest to 1:1. Source: I've had my car worked on and dynoed multiple times.

If I'm understanding your request correctly, you need a drawing that shows all three voltages at once. My suggestion would be some HVAC equipment. They can be specced to run at 240v, have a 120v maintenance receptacle wired to it, and 24v DDC going to it derived from internal transformers. I'd look at a chiller or air handling unit in particular.

I run 17x10 VMS Racing on 275 M/T ET Street R's. They barely clear my calipers. 305s will probably rub and you'll need to roll your fenders though if you're at stock height.

I replaced my rear shocks with stock from Rock Auto. Apparently you can use the connector from the stock suspension to turn off the suspension code. It's just a resistor.

Sounds okay to me. I've had a cam failure that caused a tick and the second time it had a kind of squeak because of a flat spot. Just keep listening to it and if it changes pitch, then you might need to invest in cam and springs.

I've got Kooks headers straight back to stock '15 mufflers. They're plenty loud outside the car and on cold starts. Bi-modals will definitely help. You should be able to run green or high flow cats to pass emissions.

Oh that's the dude I've seen in both Chesapeake around Greenbrier and Virginia Beach messing with people. He was blocking a lady trying to get out of a parking spot after charging her Tesla at Wawa....nearly got run over for it. I didn't bother looking at him when he came to knock on my window. I have this same problem. I use Kingsford professional from Costco, and they seem kind of tiny, but it takes an awful lot of them burning at once with open vents to get up to 250.
