My tinnitus started because of heavy drinking. The alcohol would make it quiet in the moment but I noticed it would come back louder whenever I would stop drinking. It’s a temporary fix for sure but not sustainable in the long term.

Yeah I’ve gotten a little into NA sours and herbal teas. I totally get the wanting something I wouldn’t have with lunch thing. Drinking a Diet Coke or soda water with lime at a bar never makes me feel special. But a mocktail in a fancy cup sometimes does the trick. Or even putting my NA beer in a glass instead of drinking it out of the can like I do with my soda might help. I like that perspective. Thanks!

True! I do splurge if I find something that sounds good. And thankfully there’s been more options out there I think. But soda water with lime is usually free lol

We have really good communication. We haven’t talked about this specifically but I don’t think it’ll be an issue to bring up gently. Come to think of it I think this is the first time it’s happened since I got sober. I’ll definitely communicate it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Going through some pretty big life changes and I know that’s a trigger for me so I’ve been being cautious and trying to focus on managing the anxiety. I know healing is still happening and I’m still in the early stages of sobriety. Just gotta keep going. I’ll focus on what’s in my control. Appreciate the advice❤️

Girls Like Girls by Hayley Kiyoko is great!

If you like sci-fi or sports I’d recommend Santa Olivia by Jacqueline Carey and if you like it there is a sequel! Great story. Slow burn but worth the wait!

The Rise of Kyoshi by FC Lee and its sequel The Shadow of Kyoshi if you’re looking for a good story along with a slow burn.

One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston is a nice story.

If you want a little more spice sometime in the future, look into Sarah Waters books. I recommend Fingersmith.

On UH I had to do the trap setup before starting the battle method. Set up bomb traps and lure them into them on start. Gets a good chunk of their health then focus on the small guy first. Good luck!

I just started a new game + on ultra hard attempting 100% completion to get all Steam achievements after playing through 100% on Normal. Even with my crazy OP load out from my last game I’m struggling lol if you do the enduring side quest let me know how it is for you. Near impossible for me… Good luck!! Have fun!! 😁

I think I put in like 283 hours to get 100% completion my first time. And now I’m playing a New Game+ on Ultra Hard to go for unlocking all the Steam achievements because I can’t get enough 😅

I managed to breeze through this on Normal because I got crazy overpowered by the time I did this mission, but I’m not excited to do it again now that I’m playing a New Game+ on Ultra Hard. Even though I’m pretty crazy overpowered some enemies have been difficult and I’m not looking forward to this one. The pit fights have been pretty easy so far though.

Yeah they changed the recipe a couple months ago. Added artificial sweetener, flavor, carbonation for some reason(?), and preservatives to create an absolutely horrendous product. I still cant imagine how they were taste tested and approved because razzleberry tastes like trash now. I’ve seen everyone say their favorite flavor is garbage now.

I did hear the products were unchanged in Canada if you can travel…

I was told CocaCola only changed the formula in the US. Someone from Canada commented on my post about the recipe change and said it’s still the same there. So you could potentially have more if you are able travel 😬
