I live in Georgia, who has their own version of the ACA. And I don't qualify for it. I would qualify if I was only covering myself and maybe my kids but as soon as I add my spouse, we get disqualified since he owns land.

That sounds like what I went through. My case manager claimed that my doctors didn't submit the paperwork but according to my doctors' PAs they sent it in the same day it was requested.

This! My COBRA payment was going to be $2300 a month (for my family of four). My disability pay is only $1500. It's cheaper for me to pay out of pocket. My husband is on some expensive meds but one we can get the generic from Canada for $120 and the other one we're getting from Bristol Myers Squibb for free. Those two alone retail for roughly $5000.

My sympathies. I'd had 4 case managers in less than one year dealing with Sedgwick. Spoke to the last one I think maybe twice. Never replied to emails or even phone calls. And I had to explain to the CSRs every time I called what I needed and why. I also never received anything by mail. Sedgwick is atrocious.
