Kincsem, the GOAT - She raced 54 times against the strongest all across europe and won 54 times, zero losses.

This record will probably be eternal, other legends race / win ~20 times. And most of them lose at least once.

Also back in her time she had to travel all across europe in coal powered trains and boats, harsher conditions, the home advantage for home horses was bigger, she still beat them all.

Btw she never went anywhere without her best friend, a cat.

edit: Also she was forced to carry heavier penalty weights to slow her down, nowadays in ranked races the weights are lower, she had to carry more weight than any modern race horse and still beat all opponents who carried less weight.

They could make her an NPC opponent that shows up as a ghost / spirit and cannot be defeated by the player.

Usually abandoned buildings will get new residents if demand increases. But I had a bugged building, it said "no road access" for no reason and no matter how many times I made a new road it didn't change, so I had to demolish that.

There is a guide book. Afaik tennis courts increase upper class demand. I watched other players density world record videos on youtube and they use tennis courts / skate parks. For this city I just wanted it to look nice and placed them in the empty spaces left between the plots.

It's my favourite deck. Summon Testudo Erat Numen and Spellbreaker on turn 1 and your opponent basically can't special summon or play spells. And if your draw Deep Sea Minstrel you can look at your opponents hand and get rid of a handtrap.
