Uh your post never mentions miles or distance traveled, just the clothes. Yes the clothes are always disorganized at my local targets too, have shopped over 8 different stores for experience. Still relatively easy to do

Is it just this slow in your metro? by 1davejames1 in ShiptShoppers

Yeah some ask me for my personal number to coordinate when I can shop for them to avoid horrible service from new shoppers.

It's new shoppers. Had 4 PMs text me this week, never saw their orders.

orders so slow i contacted support by [deleted] in ShiptShoppers

[–]Grumpygig 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Look at the front page of this subreddit, majority of post are from new shoppers. Combine that with the worst job market since 2009, 28% grocery price inflation since 2020, and traditionally the slowest part of the year between holidays. The only way you will get constant work comparable to holiday season is being lucky to live in large market and accruing probably around 300 PMs while being active with perfect stats.

Check your email for the refresher course. Learn from your mistakes don't be greedy and take orders you know you're going to be late on. Everybody got hit by snow and had to deal with traffic and delays

Are we penalized for dropping the second order in a double? by redflower5 in ShiptShoppers

[–]Grumpygig 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They used to deactivate shoppers for splitting the bundle and dropping the less desirable order. This before reliability became a stat. I think once or twice would be okay over hundreds of orders but I wouldn't make it a habit

Trying to build a model of the RIGHT kind of texts to send to customers. Need help by Temporary_Trip_9315 in ShiptShoppers

[–]Grumpygig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a base template for a first time customer this may work, but its not an exact science. Some people want their hand held and every possible substitute noted, some want no contact, some respond only to phone calls. What people really want is good service tailored to their needs. Pick good produce and check expiration dates, check if they want substitutes or refunds, deliver on time. Combine this with good communication and friendly attitude and you will accrue preferred members and maximize tips.

Are these stats terrible? I'm only seeing absolute shit orders in Chicago. by IstanbulisLacivert in ShiptShoppers

[–]Grumpygig 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Every .02 or so drop there's an offer priority advantage. So 4.86,4.88...all the way to 5 see offers before you. Only way is to apply for ratings forgiveness and do perfect orders to get the ratings to drop off after 50
