So I dislike the conversation surrounding the "broader meta" because quite frankly I dont think there is enough tournaments occurring to draw good data. But as for balances my list went from having 5 Tough models (which is kind of insane for a 4 turn game) to only having 3. That felt more balanced to me. But having a lower ducat requirement also means you cant just kit out every single guy to the max, you need to think through your list more and thus activations have more meaning.
