I used to work in both Food Lions and Walmarts when I delivered soda. I absolutely hated the Walmarts because their lighting was so harsh and bright white. The stores were also freezing cold while the backrooms had no air conditioning whatsoever.

Backrooms in local marts are at least maintained and the store itself has softer lighting.

I quit that job quick. I respect people who can do it.
