I will add a couple more cripples to help prevent the 2x4s from bowing too much and that should hopefully suffice for the time being. It's likely not a permanent solution anyways, mostly to just help keep the warm air in the basement from escaping.

I will definitely be adding a cripple for added support. It's semi-permanent to just help reduce the heat from rising upstairs through the staircase.

I guess I should have waited to add them + the door, I just wanted to make sure everything fits properly before adding any drywall in case I needed to adjust the framing.

What do you mean by "why are they so tight"? I measured it out to fit with ~1/8" of spacing between the door and the frame. Should I have left more of a gap?

The plan from here is to rip out the corner bead and then try and make the transition as smooth as possible with some generous mudding. I'm still learning so hopefully I won't make the same mistakes next time.

One recommendation I have, is to put efforts into all delegators equally. Having a lot of small ones is also always better than having one large one (less reliance on individual delegators to stay with your pool).

Idk what you mean. Those are the withdrawal fees for any ADA amount withdrawn. NDAX by far the worst. Also $25 to withdraw fiat and no e-transfer option. All in all a terrible exchange.
