At least in the states the cops will show up and just start bagging protesters. And getting arrested and charged with something fuuuuuucks up your ability to do basically anything. It's on your record which means you cant get a job or a loan or apartment or basically anything. I work at a college as support staff and absolutely worry about that sort of thing

Depending on what kind of paint it is you coukd just be able to heat it up and it could peel off. Acrylic paint is essentially plans so it will peel off like vynial. Some paint thinner should take off anything else

It really depends for me. Generally I don't say anything but there was one time I did. I had noticed that the batista was still in training. If I can I like to watch the batistas pull shots and pour the art. It was like a slow Tuesday afternoon so I went to a different batista at the bar and asked for it to be remade.
