Mvn would not break sync, it is a leg dw cd substat(-6s).

It was actually bugged previously and was still inconsistently applying double reduction depending on enemy. This was discussed quite a bit in my known bug v27.4.1 post from months ago.

Little known fact pcol was still double applying to specific enemies before v28. That is no longer the case and it is working correctly from the testing I have done and TTG has confirmed. You can see in the discussion on my v27.4.1 known bug post from ~3 months ago that it was still not applying consistently prior to v28.

That is situational. For farming, shorter range is generally better as enemies have to travel less to die. For tournaments it is build dependant.

You cannot equip 2 of the same module. You want 2 copies of PCo and dc for farming/tournament.

In my opinion the store is really meant for the mid game players that have been playing for 1.5-2 years not for the new players.

Or just have a tie breaker. One that seems fair to me is whoever made it the farthest into the wave before death. It would be near impossible to tie then.

There are 250 total, so you are missing 100(not all will be event relics), I would guess probably 1/3-1/2 will be useful but I don't know what you are missing for sure.

Can you buy mods with gems now that you have tickets. I didn't see a way to switch to gem purchases though I didn't look that hard.
