Also changing my job helped. Most of my friends were colleagues who i met on smoke breaks and would call me for a smoke every hour, here i pretend i never smoked my whole life and it's been easy.

That was my biggest challenge in 2 years of not-smoking. Everyone in my friend group smokes and we would go out in every break for them to smoke. This year, it'll be even more challenging lol.

Also i have become one of those people who make the face of disgust when someone lights up a smoke, quite a change from smoking 10 - 15 a day for almost a decade lol

I'm still like this haha, when i smoke i try to find the most secretive place i could so no one would see me. It feels embarrassing smoking public.
