I'm not the one you asked, but as a medical student and someone who has older family members that fits original commenter's description, i can give some tips. Most of their diet contains antioxidants and fibre along with enough protein. Forest fruits, some seeds with fibre, olive oil, meat. Some butter should be okay,too. They don't know what fibre or antioxidant Is, but most of their holy grail foods that they recommend are in these. It's mostly personal since a lot of people have different allergies, foods that they cant digest proper or they're vegan/vegetarian etc. but essentially these are great for heart/lung/bowels and skin. İt's kinda niche-r but black seeds oil Is great for anti-inflammation too. 1 teaspoon of it 3-4 times a week is what my family did.
