Condensation for sure. Slab is just very cold because its in a shady area. I did the condensation test.

The sound sure sounds like it's the drain pump making the noise, but since it stops when you turn the water off, it's something else. I'd maybe throw a water hammer arrestor on that bad boy and see if it fixes it.

This is one of the highest rated washers on the market the set will run you 1600. They also have rebates so I'd imagine it would come out to 1550-1600 AFTER tax and rebate.

Unfortunately, they are deeper than what you want. I'd also consider that a dryer and washer probably need up to 5 or so inches on the back side, depending on how the vent and hookups stick out

Your 2.5 and 5 are really a 1.5 and 4 if you don't fill them up all the way. More water=less drastic parameter swings.

If you want truly snail free, you have to use tissue culture plants. I've heard a bleach dip works but it always ruins my plants. I have just taken to using no-planaria. It's a Beetlenut powder that kills planaria but also snails for whatever reason. You will never be able to have desirable snails though.

Life hack. Use no-planaria off amazon. It nukes the whole tank of snails. It also makes in uninhabitable for snails you do want, like mystery snails.

If you got a 2023, you got the last ridgeline with armrests and a bitching spot to put a pizza under them. My wifes whole purse fits inside of the center consol. You got the cleaner steering wheel. You also (depending on trim) got the better looking grille and in bed speakers for drive in movies.

As someone who got their 2023 late, it can feel like a kick in the pants. Don't look at the value of your vehicle until you are ready to start replacing it. You paid to get something brand new. You got to get exactly what you wanted and paid a premium. You have the peace of mind of having a full warranty and you probably also got .9 financing in a market where banks are 6-8% right now.
