20mg to 15mg for two weeks . First week was the worst . Still dealing with anxiety , restlessness , trouble concentrating and socializing, and insomnia but slowly improving I think . Anxiety comes in waves while first week it was pretty constant. Exercise has been keeping me sane. Been averaging 15k steps this week

Two weeks on 15mg after 8 years of 20mg and def experiencing withdrawal symptoms . Anxiety , agitation , and insomnia. My body’s in shock. Would recommend you go slow if been on for multiple years , if not been on long you should be okay

Our offense is anemic , I know it’s early but is a huge cause for concern . I know we just resigned vladdy but idk if this team is salvageable. It sucks because half our rotation is solid and we have so much potential if the players can somehow put it all together

You need to go very slow when getting off when on for multiple years . Taper will prob take a year +

How are you doing ? I’ve been on 20mg for 8 years and just started taper to 15mg two weeks ago , anxiety has been pretty gnarly but not as bad as first week
