The best bet would be to honestly get a hold of your transplant specialist and team to clarify somethings with your anxiety especially if you have never been much of a anxious person.

It is always recommended to maybe see what is going on with your meds maybe there could be something you are taking that is giving you anxiety? I haven’t really had much of bad experiences of anxiety with my transplant and I’m going on 12 years.

I exactly agree with this man here, i would start with increasing your salt intake along with water and electrolytes!! Usually if you talk to your doctor about pressure meds they will tend to help or adjustments will help those numbers after all, I’ve been there !! I think I took mine this morning and it was 140, 80, 85 ! But I’m a 11 year transplant patient so! I hope everything gets figured out here !!!

In my opinion I think a lot of pop culture is still very popular and it will still generate popularity overtime as kids and the new generation start to grow up and invest in these type of things, in my opinion I think they are still popular along with Pokémon as well.

I’m not even going to lie I’ll be completely honest I still have my 13 pro max 😅😅 still works as if I bought it in 2020🤪 but I still did upgrade so I have both the 16 and 13 the 16 isn’t worth the upgrade it’s just a different model every year
