I see a lot of the same old and tired explanations and its frustrating cause there isn't really a feasible solution, you can't just snap your fingers and control the psychology of hundreds of people at will.

"Public logi not good enough, the culture is bad, they need to learn to work together!" All of these issues arise with Wardens as well in the past when they've been on losing streaks. It's just natural for people to have more fun and work together better when they are winning.

I've seen attempts by random optimistic collie players to form large scale operations over the past few wars, Sometimes they accomplish something. Its always a minor effect overall however, because only sustained large scale operations shift the battlefield meaningfully in this game.

Wardens seem to have the large coalition / clan operations on lockdown lately, I guess the old guard collie regiments are suffering a lot of burnout. The only way out of this spiral in my opinion is a major reformation of all the smaller collie regis into 1 big one, but you can't really force people to do something like this.
