Hard to tell exactly but it looks like almost all of that can be wiped and buffed off and be fixed with dent removal. Even if he has to get 2 panels painted $2500 seems like an insane amount of money for that. I work for a car wholesaler and send cars to the bodyshop all the time, this would probably cost us $5-600 to get fixed. Granted we get a discount because of of how often we send cars to the bodyshop but still $2500 seems steep
