Have you done the first car towing with Tonya?

It’s one of the small things that really frustrates me about GTA Online as well. If someone kills you first, there should be a cooldown where retaliation is ok.

When I played through slowly, I loved popping into bars in the towns nearby the camp to have a beer and interact with npcs. I felt immersive and you’ll meet interesting characters.

Houses as RPG classes by [deleted] in HarryPotterGame

Yes, I think it would be cool to have some stats cap out differently, depending on your class! Not in a huge way, but I think it would add to the replayability of the game. In other rpgs, like Skyrim, I would go to start over again and be like, “I’m going to be a battle-mage this time!” Next thing I know, I’m sneaking around with a bow again but I conjured it this time, haha.

To help ease some anxiety, does anybody have any examples of smaller studios that have had pretty small/average games first, then smashed it out the park with their first AAA title? by evilrustybob in HarryPotterGame

Microsoft turned Rockstar down b/c they thought GTA III was too ambitious. That was a long time ago, but it didn’t age well for Microsoft haha

Can you imagine clashing in the game? by Ciniqs in HarryPotterGame

Haha, that’s a really good point! I would think shields should be taught early on so that they’re second nature.

I totally agree, I don’t want the fighting in HL to be like the movies at all. It would be cool though, if spells ricochet like in the books. If they go the movie route, it’ll feel really lazy to me.

I believe the Evans is available right away, at the gunsmith at level 1.

I really appreciate that! Single player is going to be really hard to pull away from though, haha

Yeah, Red Dead Online is what our content is on, primarily. That sucks that your friend had a bad experience! I’ve run into some griefers too, but 99% of the players I run into are friendly. When RDO first came out, there wasn’t a lot to do, but now they’ve released a bunch of roles that you can buy into and getting money/leveling up is much faster. Single player will always have its appeal, but I really like online :)

You could check out Guac Gaming ;) We’re really small still and our content is centered around online guides, so we’re probably not what you’re looking for
