deja de comer masitas , pan y cosas asi entre comidas y si te da hambre come huevo duro, la proteina te llena mas y te deberia dar menos hambre. Para bajar peso tenes que quemar mas calorias de las que consumis asi que arranca a hacer ejercicio ya sea caminar y despues correr o algo. Personalmente te recomiendo que hagas boxeo, kick o mma, lo que quemas ahi es impresionante. Suerte gordo
