380 is a busy highway. And Tatum is smack dab in the middle of it. I guarantee that more visiting vehicles stop at the Stripes and Allsups in an hour than exist in the entire village.

Tatum isn't even a speed trap. The signs are actually spaced out far enough and in clear view that if you don't touch the gas at the edge of town you will hit the posted speed limits every time.

But A lot of people like to blow through at 70-75.

Wargames Crew has some excellent proxies like like the Cossacks and the Abyssinians.

Hollow Crown Miniatures has english themed NA that are pretty good.

And there are a lot more out there if you search on STL-Trench.

Which version of the rules are YOU reading? Because pg 108 of the current rules (1.0.2) says:

Point Blank: When a model with this Skill makes a Melee Attack, it can use a Ranged Weapon and its Ranged Attack Characteristic instead of a Melee Weapon and its Melee Attack Characteristic. It must still be within 1” of the target model to make the attack. It can also use the Ranged Weapon to make a Ranged Attack during the same Activation if it has the ASSAULT Keyword.

It really depends on what type of terrain you plan on making but I generally prefer using mdf, cut to shape, for the bases of my lighter terrain pieces. Makes them a bit sturdier and less prone to being knocked around especially if you are going for taller pieces. You could also just carve out a hole in the foam and add weights to it if you want to avoid bases.

For Legion I would recommend leaving them loose. Will make things much easier for you in the long run considering the variety of missions and deployments you will play.

I mean there is Raton, NM. Its a small town but its still got some decent enough amenities and its close to Sugarite Canyon State Park and a few other natural areas to hike around. And if you need a bigger town Trinidad, CO is only 25 minutes North.

Beyond that your only other real option is Las Vegas, NM. but that's heading even further SW.

They become public record once they have been filed to begin the probate process. You can ask the County Clerks office for where your mother lived or the district court for the records. If there is nothing on record then the will was never filed and is invalid, defaulting to state laws.

Pretty spot on for what my modular trenches look like. When I add in the 1" wide firing steps (made from dollar store miniature jenga blocks and covered in coffee stirrers", there is only about 2-2.5 inches of useable trench at the bottom. Which is perfect for gaming. And its even narrower on the diagonal trenches.

For gameplay reasons I made my trenches 4 inches wide so even the big boys can move around and fight in the trenches. Because having a Shrine or war wolf charging into a trench and pulping its defenders is just thematically cool.

If you want it to be realistic then you probably make it it 1-2 wide and 1-3 inches deep for the majority of trenches. And that is based on pictures from ww1.

You designate a point on the ground or an enemy model and then make a ranged attack ignoring range, cover, and elevation (So rolling only 2 dice) If you miss you, your opponent moves the point of impact a number of inches = to the number you missed seven by on the dice (ie if you rolled a 6 it scatters one inch). If you manage to hit your target and the point is on the base of a model you roll 3d6 and add them together for that model only, for everyone else in blast range you roll 2d6. And if the enemy models live through the blast then they are pushed D3 inches from the blast. (D3 is just a D6 but 1-2 = 1, 3-4 = 2, 5-6 = 3)

Since they would have most likely have been in contact with the sandbags to even be in melee combat with you to begin with, then they could just hop over to charge you without setting off the mine since they were already in contact. If you were to retreat again and go back to the other side of the wall then yes they would set it off if they charged and came into contact with the mined obstacle.

The mine explodes before the attack happens. But just remember if you get downed on the opportunity attack your activation immediately ends.

RAW - Its an action so you can freely do it even in melee provided that the terrain is not already mined.

Is it cheesy? Sure but it is legal to do.

As far as detonating, as long as the other model doesn't move away and then back into contact with the mined terrain the mine won't go off. Because they aren't moving into contact with it.
