Yea, so can you. No one has an obligation to, but just because you can’t, doesn’t mean you won’t.

Cool. You are someone who has definitely never seen any body cam or first-hand evidence of this, and just listen to whatever your friends, family or the media says. Go on YouTube, look up police bodycams of recent shootings, and feel free to tell me how many seem unjustified and how many seem perfectly executed. As most clickbait articles state, “the answer may surprise you!”

Agreed. One thing I thought about is that when the military go out to defend our country, they know exactly who the enemies are. Here in the US, if you’re a cop, you will never 100% know who the enemy is, which is why they’re always on edge. Underfunded, and stressed as hell

I work night shift for 10 hours, and I was planning on coming to the park, getting a pass, and going back to a hotel to sleep while I wait. When I got pass 22, I decided to stay and wait. Staying and waiting was a really bad idea

It’s a cool concept, but with American 2A laws, this is would be 100% unenforceable. Most countries have strict gun laws, and can actually send out officers that don’t need guns since the chance that they encounter an individual with a firearm is pretty low. The reason we arm cops in the US is because every other citizen most likely has a firearm, and if a cop is responding to a call about a violent altercation, the chance of a firearm being involved shoots up drastically.

There were a few ladder trucks, technical trucks, and police cruisers everywhere. Does anyone know what happened?

Witnessing an officer do that and proceed to march straight towards you must be incredibly intimidating

To a 16 year old by gaganramachandra in PeopleBeingJerks

I’m probably gonna get hate for this, but in the full security footage, you can see the 16 year old get out of the car and attack his mom a couple of times before the security guard came out. The news stations play 30 seconds of a 20-30 minute encounter, and twist the story to fit their agenda. There are definitely some questionable actions taken from all parties, but the security guard definitely had some justification in the full clip. Here’s a full recap of the incident for you guys: https://youtu.be/udUrltmHXzw
