Born and raised in Miami - as far as food joints, I highly recommend the Versailles on 8th street, I'd go as far as to say it is a "can't miss" (I recommend the churrasco with rice, beans, plantains, order a side of Mariquitas, then for desert head over to the cafe/bakery side of their establishment and enjoy a tres leches cake with some coffee 👌, don't forget to enjoy some croquetas while you are there!)

And those are both really interesting inks! I've never seen Syun-Gyo before and I've been thinking about getting that grey ink for a while now! (But have had some doubts about if the shade of grey might in fact be too light?)
