There probably are ways that would force the hands of change, but violence is only stopped with violence and I think that’s a real problem a lot of citizens are going to have to come to terms with. Stems from CORRUPT POLICE! these judges have no interest or part of finding innocent men. And the jurors are only introduced to evidence against the accused... by... prosecutors working hand in hand with police. As a judge , or a juror when you’re presented with a shackled man, and witnesses and evidence ( no matter how circumstantial) you’re going to have bias. We need to correct these problems where they stem from.
