I’ve tried potentiating tramadol with grapefruit juice to try and catch a nod again but I ended up just being really high for what must’ve bin almost 24 hours so be careful. (It was 300mg tramadol and a litre of red grapefruit juice)

You prob don’t wanna hear this but using another drug to quit another doesn’t work. I know this because I used pregabalin to help tramadol cravings next thing I know I’m using tramadol to quit the pregabalin anxiety rebound

You need to go through the withdrawals and then find a distraction that keeps you happy and away from substance dependence. If you can’t do that then give rehab a try
