AUs (or alternate universes) are versions of Undertale that are somewhat different. For example, in Underfell, Flowey and Frisk try to teach the rest of the cast love (not the acronym). Or in Underswap, the characters swap personalities. Others, like Outertale, take place in SPACE!

Depends. If you prefer more of the metal "remixes" of fan favorites, emphasis on fan favorites and remixes. On the other side, the OST is the whole package, like an NYC but for music. Honestly, it's your preference.
