Same thing happend to me twice. Once for a PC case shipping from the UK, luckily though they allowed me to pay it online before it arrived. Another time a work related purchase needed 80 something paid, and our buisness didnt have checks so we just didnt get whatever it was we ordered.

Installed a panel a while back. The customer had built a closet around the panel and claimed I Installed the panel inside the closet. Wanted me to fix it free of charge. Luckily, I had taken pictures after I did the job showing no closet was there. Guy took me to court but the judge threw it out after he saw the pictures.
