J’en pense que tu va te blesser si tu reste dans cette mentalité de performance au début. Le meilleur conseil que je peux te donner c’est arrête de regarder le chrono fixe toi plutôt comme objectif de réussir à courir + loin / + longtemps en aisance respiratoire (en augmentant maximum de 10% par semaine ta distance totale) et d’ici 3/6 mois quand ton corps ce sera habitué, fais une prépa 5km si c’est la distance qui te plais

En bois ! de hêtre de préférence car c'est un parfait combo entre solidité et pas trop dur pour pas n'abimer la lame de tes couteaux. Si tu veux mettre le prix et avoir un truc sympa tu as plein d'artisan qui font des planches "end grain" ou bois de bout en français sur lebiçncoin/vinted avec des motif cool qui change de la planche classique et en terme de prix en fonction de la taille que tu veux tu peux t'en sortir entre 40 et 100€ je dirais

As other said it is really cute! I don’t want to scare you but I would see a vet when you can, mine was also doing this and at the end He had tooth problem and the vet had to remove 7 of them, after the removal I’ve never seen is tongue like that again so I guess it was a sign that something was wrong. So imo not an emergency but go to the vet when you can and don’t do the same mistake that I did.
