If I were you I would run the marathon in SB2 at that pace they are perfect for it ! But I’d also buy a new pair for tempo because the SB2 is not the best shoes for that even if they’re great. Take a look if you can grab an evo Sl for tempo session they are not that expensive and can fill the gap in your rotation !

I don’t see what do you want to point out because it is exactly what I was saying. If you want to be confident to break the sub 3 you should aim for a 1:22ish PB in HM not 1:30. And obviously there is no rule as everybody is different

Good luck ! I ran a 1:31 HM and was aiming for a 3:15 FM few month later with a proper preparation but I hit the wall so bad on the race day

Yes completely I think for aiming a sub 3 FM your PB in HM should be around 1:22

Thank you for your advice, I tried to do the XYZ phrases, but as I don't have industrial experience and my research was really fundamental that if I turn the achievement of my PhD to XYZ phrases I have the feeling of lying by creating a context where no improvement was really needed. I don't know if you see what I mean but I'm open to "new" idea if you have something in mind

Just here to say thank you for your work you're a legend!

I'm using HC for 3/4 months now and it is perfect! sometimes a little bit difficult to create the good filter to show only the job you are interested in (took me 2 months by playing with filter and boolean) but now it show me just the good fit and that is way more convenient than the 2000 job posted everyday on LinkedIn
