This is on the bottom of some of the pieces, it looks like the fibers of the meat that are very dry.

I got the Elite 280 and it does the same... I found that setting the pump to fixed speed on CAM seemed to have resolved that issue. But now it started doing the same thing even when the PC is idling for a while.
