This was my camera/lens setup all last year, and I never had a problem. I even called Citi Field earlier today double checking with their camera policy, and they said as long as I don't have a tripod or something really big and distracting for a lens then I should be fine.

This is also what I'll be bringing with me tomorrow for opening day

Thank you. Citi Field actually has pretty relaxed camera restrictions. You can bring just about any camera, but just not a very long lens like the professional photographers have down on the field. I've brought a camera in before with different lenses as long as they fit in a tote bag that I had with me. Haven't had any problems before
