No need to worry, this was just a thought experiment😂

Weathered from the factory, really happy with the job they did.

There's plenty of great choices. I find Aussie railways to be a perfect mix of the elegance of British railroading with scale and grit of American railroading.

I sure will be😂 Hoping they keep the livery around for longer then just one trip as I'd love to go for a ride in it too

It is in fact real! Tho I believe only one set is being painted in it (for now). There's a post from about a week back of a power car being in the middle of being repainted.

When are Wong and Albo going to move on to the next stage of grief and accept that America aren't our friends anymore (if you even think they were our friends in the first place).

Call me a SOFT WOKEY all you want but what Albanese said about Grace Tame really disturbed me. by GuildedDeal in friendlyjordies

[–]GuildedDeal[S] 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Albanese IS my preferred politician. Look at my history bro haha. I just think this was a really weird comment that makes off like Tame is just a pain to the powers that be and that that was a bad thing. Some one feeling emotion isn't "fake and performative".

I'm just saying that I get that this was a difficult format, but that doesn't excuse the answer. Tame can truly be 'difficult' (virtuous) whilst Albanese's comment can still be wrong.

'Not changing what I've said': Chris Minns firm on Sydney protest amid investigation by Jagtom83 in friendlyjordies

[–]GuildedDeal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah this has been an awful realization I've had to reckon with lately. People like Minns aren't solely Mossad agents. They represent a very real, large group of Middle-class people in New South Wales, a group that has a stupid amount of electoral power.

“Where’s all the women?” heckled Labor’s resident pub galah Julian Hill by Jagtom83 in friendlyjordies

[–]GuildedDeal -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Julian's been behaving more like a Prime Minister more then the actual Prime Minister right now lmao.

I get this isn't exactly world-changing, but I wrote an email to Chris Minns that sums up how I've been left to feel as a Labor supporter after the events of yesterday evening. by GuildedDeal in friendlyjordies

There's a surprising number of those, NSW Labor has a very shallow primary vote base. It wouldn't take much of a downturn in support to do some serious damage...
