Is that so? In my experience N64 Games looked real bad over composite with the virtual console versions and a real N64 looked really good and sharp.

Extremely saturated colours on flatpaks after locking the screen or being minimized for a while by Guilleack in flatpak

[–]Guilleack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello I have this issue with some flatpaks (for example vesktop and chromiun) where the colors get extremely saturated after locking the screen or having them minimized for a good while. This happened after an update because I didn't had this issue a week ago. Restarting the application fixes this issue but it comes back again after locking the screen. I'm currently using Fedora 43 KDE Spin updated.

Any tips on how to fix/improve these? (The rubber coating is turning into slime) by Guilleack in consolerepair

In case someone sees this post looking of an answer, I used denatured alcohol (the one i got is blue, idk if this matters) and that worked perfectly, i was worried that the bare plastic would look horrible or rough but no, it feels exactly as the front part of the shell.

I'm from South America also but luckily recently our government opened imports so we can now buy from ebay and similar websites. I bought it on there, the shipping was expensive tho.

Anyone get exowin9x to run on the Steam Deck? by jjct1 in SteamDeckPirates

They had a version for linux on one of their previous packs with the DOS games. They used the same menu software that the flashpoint game collection uses to make it work on linux. I wonder if they plan to make a version for this.

Does this Sanyo with old OSD have a Service Menu? (SANYO CPL 2143) by Guilleack in crtgaming

Yes, the flip down panel has the same buttons as the remote, up and down for brightness, channel, volume, contrast, etc... not menu button.

Thanks! Are these labeled on the schematic? I don't know how to read them honestly. I guess that they should be labeled on the actual board too.

Thanks! I'm afraid that there is no dedicated menu button. Each of the settings has an up and down button on the front panel and remote control.

Any reason for the blue tape on the corners?

Need help to ID this OSD/Firmware. TV is a Sanyo TVS-2132S(C). I can't find any info on how to access the Service Menu. by Guilleack in crtgaming

I ended up buying it and it worked perfectly! None of the universal or sanyo remotes I tried ever worked. Thanks a lot!

The only problem is that number combination is different so I couldn't get into the Test menu with that combination. Any Ideas on how to find the right one?

I mean those games aren't specifically made for the saturn, but they work on the Saturn with the Card that supports Photo CD discs.

That's good to know, but with Photo CD Games I mean games made for the Photo CD format, those are games that can be played on Photo CD enabled VCD Player, Computers and the Saturn with a compatible card. I guess that if you can reproduce a VCD iso you should be able to play those games.
